Tejbir Kaur Khalso is a Certified Reiki master and Kundalini Yoga teacher as taught by Yogi Bhajan. This practice, for Tejbir, started with the naad, the sound current that moves through the body. Tejbir has been listening to manta music and chanting since 2007. The music made her feel alive and gave her hope! It wasn’t until 2012 that Tejbir found Kundalini Yoga or when it found her! She has been hooked since then and knew that she was supposed to be teaching this style of yoga. By the grace of God & Guru Tejbir was gifted the opportunity to go to an intensive teacher training in 2013. It is now her mission to bring Kundalini Yoga to as many people as possible!
