Sunday Morning Guided Meditation with Michelle Lavallee.  Step away from your ordinary life, and enter into a realm where your senses come alive, and everything is possible. Give yourself the gift of balance, moving into alignment with body, mind and spirit. I invite you to come and join me on a journey within, with guided imagery.

The practice of guided imagery and meditation offers many health benefits – helping to reduce stress, alleviate pain, and boosting the immune system, as well as creating a profound state of deep relaxation, all by tapping into the power of our imagination – one of our greatest gifts.

So, let’s join together on Sunday mornings, where I will lead us together in an hour long guided meditation which will leave you feeling calm, refreshed, and energized – ready for the week ahead.
