In this transformative workshop, we will explore the profound benefits of conscious breathing and learn how to use our breath as a tool for personal transformation, self-empowerment, and spiritual awakening.
We’ll begin by working with breath awareness techniques that can be used to improve our health, reduce stress, and reenergize our lives, while helping to ease and correct chronic breathing problems that often hold us back.
We’ll then transition into a 60 minute guided breathwork meditation, using an ancient breathing technique known as conscious connected breathing. This journey into the sacred breath supports us in opening our hearts. It helps to release unwanted physical and emotional stresses, traumas, negative habits and beliefs, and replaces them with a profound sense of joy, love, well-being, and inner peace.
