Join Jenni and treat yourself for a mid-day break to re-energize your soul and relax your body. It’s true….everyone needs to stretch a little everyday for self-care/body healthy. Stretching can help reduce tension, anxiety, backache, knee pain, high-blood pressure and more. We will slowly warm the muscles with rhythmic movements before gently stretching.
Class is once a week and runs in 10 – 12 week sessions on Wednesdays from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Jenni has been teaching Fitness for 30+ years. Her Fitness experience includes individual/personal trainer, Fitness workshops and classes. Jenni has taught in places like NYC, Boston, Florida, Pennsylvania to Vermont.
