An introduction to the Pathwork Teachings with Judith Garten.
The title of this presentation comes from a poem by Hafiz, the 14th Century Persian mystic and poet. His second line entices us even more: You are God hiding from yourself. This evening’s exploration will introduce you to a psychological and metaphysical discipline, both ancient and contemporary, whose aim is to help you remove the obstacles that eclipse your sun, your radiant God within.
We will take a look at the three faults of pride, self-will and fear, that prevent our light from illuminating and imbuing our daily life with sweetness. In one form or another, all humans struggle with these three God-eclipsing rascals. How do they manifest in your life? How do they separate you from what you most long for… a fulfilling intimate relationship, a deeply satisfying work life, a sense of belonging, a connection to nature and all that is?
Be assured, concepts and practical tools will be shared to aid you in this most noble of inquiries…knowing yourself fully. Come out, come out from wherever you are…come find out who you really are.
