Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra®:
Journey through the 7 Chakras
In this 8 week series, you will be led on a journey of awareness and healing specific to each Chakra, incorporating the whole chakra system during the final session. Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra® is a gentle practice, and there is no wrong way to do it. Even if you fall asleep you will still receive the healing benefits. All you need to do is lay down and listen. Awaken your inner being and connect with yourself on a deeper level to promote healthy sleep, decreased stress, and increased relaxation to live your life fully and authentically.

Complete the whole series or drop-in as you can. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Suggested Donation $20 per class. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Things to wear/bring: Water, warm socks, eye bag, and comfortable clothing layers.
Sarah Schantz, M.S. is a Therapist, trained Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra® Guide, and is currently an assistant and apprentice at Blackbird’s Daughter Botanicals. Sarah was trained directly by Jennifer Reis, creator of Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra® at Kripalu Yoga Retreat in Massachusetts. Sarah is passionate about guiding others with Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra®, as she believes it is a relaxing and gentle healing practice accessible to anyone.
